  • This promotional competition is organized by Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited - (Company Registration number RC508658). Here after referred to as Game.

  • The competition starts on the 25th April 2018th and runs till 23rd May 2018.

 

Condition of entry:

  • Buy your must-have #PinkFestDeal from Game Lagos, Game Lekki, Game Enugu, Game Kano or Game Jabi Lake.

  • Take a selfie with your till slip by our #Stand in-store.

  • Go to our Game Facebook page at www.facebook.com/GameStoresNigeria and follow the competition post to upload and enter and you could win an N 280 000 Game voucher.

  • Entries are limited to one entry per person. This EXEMPT ENTRANTS who have won in the previous week/s of the competition. All additional entries will be invalid.

  • The winner will be required to provide Game with proof of identification in the form of a valid identity document, passport or Nigeria driver's licence.

  • The Competition is not open to any person, or the immediate family of a person, who is:

•A director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd

•A person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by of Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd

•A director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to an advertising agency, promotional agency or other supplier of goods or services.

·The draw will take place on the 25th of May 2018.

  • Game will take all reasonable steps to facilitate the competition, Game will not be liable for any technical problems or any lost delayed or incorrectly received entries.

  • The winner of the N 280 000 Game voucher will be contacted via email and be announced on the Game stores Nigeria Facebook page.

  • Ownership and risk relating to the prize passes on delivery/collection.

  • The winner will be required to collect their prize (N 280 000 Game voucher) from the Game store situated in Nigeria Game Lagos, Game Lekki, Game Enugu, Game Kano or Game Jabi Lake, whichever is closer to them.

  • No entries by post or any other form will be accepted. Entries must be done via Facebook using the URUP platform.

  • To enter this competition you must be: (a) Nigerian citizen and (b) 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Winners will need to produce their ID book to validate that they are over the age of 18.

·All participants will be bound by the decision of the independent third party.

·The prizes are not transferable to another person, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

·The value of the prize includes VAT. Winner may be taxed in terms of applicable tax legislation and participants who require clarity as to the tax implications hereof should seek a directive from the relevant revenue service/authority.

· If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, that winner will forfeit her prize and another winner will be selected.

·The winner for the N 280 000 Game voucher will be notified via email. Participants must ensure that Game has their updated details.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not contact us within 2 weeks of the draw, we will hand over the Game voucher to the second name that was drawn for the competition.

·Game will not be held liable for medical expenses or injuries incurred as a result of or in any manner related to their participation in this competition and the prize.

·If the winner/s fail/s to comply with any of these rules or the terms of acceptance of the prizes, or if the winner/s unreasonably refuse(s) to sign the Model Release form, the winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.

·Winner details may be displayed on the website at www.gamestores.com.ng, Game Nigeria official Facebook page, and all Game Store advertising platforms or media channels.

·Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including without limitations, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.

·The right of admission into the competition rests solely with Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd.

·Entries which contain errors will be considered invalid.

·By participating in the #PinkFest Competition, You (participants/entrants) agree, subject to applicable law that neither GAME, PARTNERS or any their respective ADVERTISING AGENCIES, will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the Competition.

·This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

· Game Reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the competition, as well competition rules FOR RULES BEYOND ITS CONTROL. Game and its service providers, are NOT RESPONSIBLE for; incorrect and inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunction, inappropriate images and comments posted by the entry or by the public. Lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online services or any other error.

By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administrating this Competition and awarding the prize(s). Except where prohibited by law or objected to by the individual at any time, each winner grants permission for the Promoter/Sponsor, including Game Discount World (Nigeria) Limited or Masstores (Pty) Ltd and those acting under its authority to use his/her name and/or photograph, for purposes of announcing the winners for this Competition and related advertising purposes, in any form of media and without additional compensation, notification or permission.
